Slow-Cooked Grass-Fed Beef Brisket

Ingredients:
- 3-4 pounds Grass-Fed Brisket (from PV Cattle)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite variety)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Season the Brisket: Rub the brisket with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the brisket on both sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
